Check out our PGSD FAQs below.
Learning how PGSD works will help you to stay out of the overwhelm that perfectionists find themselves in so often and stop you from falling off the wagon.
First, we recommend that you Watch This First: How To Make The Most of PGSD (6 minutes).
Yes! If you don’t have a desktop or simply prefer not to use it, you’ll be able to get the complete PGSD experience from your phone by visiting perfectionistsgettingshitdone.com.
We recommend allowing your phone to save your password so you can access PGSD effortlessly.
We recommend that you visit the Start Here page and work through the steps outlined.

Ultimately, there is no right or wrong way to show up in PGSD.

PGSD Coaching Calls + Private Podcast
24 hours before each call we’ll send you an email with the coaching call link and details for that call.
You can apply to get coached on any of our group coaching calls 48 hours before the call by filling out our Coaching Application Form found on the PGSD Calls page.
During the coaching call, the PGSD coach will call your name for coaching if you’ve been selected, and invite you to show up on video to get coached. Everyone else will have their videos off and microphones muted but you can chat with them in our chat box.
These calls feel like 1:1 sessions but benefit everyone, because we can often relate to each others’ struggles and oftentimes we have the same questions.
To submit a request to get coached live, all you need to do is fill out our Coaching Application Form, found on the PGSD Calls page, 48 hours before the call you’d like to be coached on. Then be sure to attend the call on time so the coach can bring you onto the call if you’re selected.
Remember to check your camera and microphone before you get on the call. You’ll need to have your video on if you’re selected to get coached.
Please note: We will only accept applications that are filed at most 48 hours in advance. If you apply more than 48 hours before the call you may not be considered.
All replay recordings are saved to the PGSD Calls page within 24 hours of the call taking place.
If you’re new to being coached or are not sure if your question fits one of our coaching call topics, we still encourage you to apply to get coached.
We recommend picking a call that sounds closest to what you’re struggling with – we currently have Impossible Goal, Productivity, Business and Get Back on Track calls.
If you’re still unsure, submit a request for the next call you can attend. Our coaches can coach you on perfectionism, procrastination, productivity, goals, self-confidence, relationships, money, career or anything else that’s coming up for you on your personal growth journey.
Watch this video to learn how you can convert the coaching call times into your timezone by adding them to your calendar (2 minutes).
You can also use a FREE timezone converting website. Here are some of our favourites:
Please note: Brisbane’s timezone (AEST) is never AEDT even though some websites say this (Brisbane, Australia does not have Daylight Savings). To convert the call times accurately, convert for ‘Brisbane’ rather than ‘AEST’.

Take me to the PGSD Calls page to add coaching calls to my calendar.
The great thing about having these replay recordings is that whichever call you decide to listen to, you’ll gain value from it.
We recommend selecting the topic you’re interested in most first:
- Impossible Goal
- Get Back On Track
After you’ve decided upon a topic of interest, you can click through each of the videos under that topic and in the descriptions we’ve listed out the ‘Topics Discussed’ for that call. This will help you find content that serves where you are on your personal development journey right now.
If you’re still not sure which calls to listen to first, we recommend listening to the most recent coaching call and working your way back.
The PGSD Private Podcast is a private podcast that is only available to members of PGSD. We upload all of our coaching call replays and meditations for easy, on-the-go listening.
